Oceano 5 Cities Rescue Mission Project

BAC teamed up with Just As I Am Ministries to serve the 5 Cities Rescue Mission. “The Rescue Mission is a place of comfort for those who do not have a place to lay their head at night or even the assurance of the next meal.”

A few weeks before Christmas we took a beautiful Christmas tree and a huge box of decorations to the home for women with children, but were really looking forward to the BIG project a few months later!

We put in a huge vegetable garden to help provide food, updated the sanctuary to help provide a place for worship, redecorated the office to provide a place for counsel, and landscaped the front of the house so that it would always say “welcome.” We were excited to partner with several local businesses to make this happen.
