About BAC

Brighten A Corner Ministry was designed to help people who face extraordinary or overwhelming circumstances in practical and tangible ways. Created in 2002, BAC has completed many projects, serving dozens of people, with hundreds of volunteers and a total value of service estimated at over $750,000.

BAC receives its project recipients through the loving friends and family members of those we serve. All projects come from 3rd party referrals, and cover the spectrum of economic status, race and religion. As do our volunteers. The ministry is run by volunteers seeking to honor God through service, but the projects are completed by people from all walks of life and all different faiths.

We specialize in reorganizing and redecorating, event planning, and landscaping. We strive for quality in all we do, so that those we serve might get a fresh perspective. We can’t cure cancer, or eliminate physical or emotional handicaps, but maybe we can help lighten the load–if only for a short while.
